# Questions and answers

> Quick answers to the most common questions about Spyro - plans, features, what to expect, and how things work.

Short answers to the questions people ask most. If you don't see yours here, reach

## Getting started

  <Accordion title="Do I need to be technical to use Spyro?">
    No. Spyro is built for marketers, writers, and business owners. If you can use a
    website, you can use Spyro. The only slightly technical step is connecting your
    blog to publish articles, and we walk you through it in
    [Integrations](/docs/product/integrations).

  <Accordion title="Is there a free trial?">
    Yes. New accounts get a **3-day free trial** that includes **3 articles**, so you
    can try the writer and the rest of the platform before you pay.

  <Accordion title="How do I add my website?">
    You add it when you sign up. Spyro takes a quick look at your site to learn your
    brand, audience, and competitors. See [Set up your account](/docs/product/onboarding).

  <Accordion title="Can I track more than one website?">
    Yes. Each website lives in its own **workspace**. The **Pro** plan covers 1-2
    websites; the **Agency** plan covers 3-20. See [Plans & billing](/docs/product/billing-and-usage).

## Plans and pricing

    **Pro** is \$99/month for 1-2 websites. **Agency** is \$99 per website/month for
    3-20 websites, with discounts as you add more. Paying yearly saves you two

    Paid plans include **30 articles per month** per website. The free trial includes
    3 articles total.

    You can track up to **500 keywords** at once per website in the

    Yes. Invite teammates and choose what they can access. See

## Features

    ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews. Spyro checks

  <Accordion title="How does Spyro know if AI assistants mention me?">
    It asks them the kinds of questions your buyers ask, then reads the answers to
    see if you (or your competitors) are mentioned. Because AI answers change each
    time, Spyro checks more than once and shows the result as "mentioned in X of Y
    checks" instead of a simple yes or no.

  <Accordion title="Can Spyro publish to my website?">
    Yes. You can connect **WordPress (self-hosted)**, **WordPress.com**, or a
    **webhook**, then publish articles with one click. Shopify is coming soon. See

  <Accordion title="Does Spyro write the whole article for me?">
    Yes. The [AI writer](/docs/product/writer) researches your topic, writes a full
    SEO-ready draft, and adds images. You can edit anything before you publish.

  <Accordion title="Can I connect Google Analytics?">
    Google Analytics (GA4) support is **coming soon**. Today you can connect
    [Google Search Console](/docs/product/search-console) to see your real search performance.

## What to expect

  <Accordion title="How long does an audit take?">
    Usually a minute or two. Larger websites take a little longer because Spyro looks
    at more pages.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="How often does Spyro check my rankings and AI mentions?">
    Spyro checks your **AI visibility** (mentions) **every week** and your
    **keyword rankings** every week. It also checks right away when you add something
    new (like a new keyword or a freshly published article), and you can run checks
    on demand.

  <Accordion title="My scores aren't perfect - is that bad?">
    Not at all. Focus on the **critical** fixes first, re-run your audit, and watch

  <Accordion title="How do I change or cancel my plan?">
    Open **Settings** and go to billing. You can upgrade, downgrade, or manage your
